TRIAL WORK EXPERIENCE TRAINING
Employment Network Team of New Jersey aligns an individual with a Community Resource Provider for Trial Work Experience in order to gain an understanding of that individual’s abilities, capabilities and capacity to benefit from vocational rehabilitation services prior to an ineligible or eligible determination is made regarding their employment outcome.
Consists of a variety of community workplace settings in which the individual will perform
various work tasks.
Counselors provide ongoing counseling and guidance to assist in completing the individuals trial work experience.
Assist the individual to get the information on performance to make effective decisions about the trial work experience.
Appropriate supports necessary are provided to help demonstrate the individuals ability to work.
